Guess Who: A Ghoul School Animation.

I got really carried away with this project. It was really only meant to be a rough sketch animation…but it turned into a full color animation with effects.

So many soft effects in fact that I needed to post a video to youtube to show the actual final product ^^;

You can find that here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AXi8yJjU_XE

and a better/larger gif here: http://fluttershythekind.deviantart.com/art/Guess-Who-A-Ghoul-School-Animation-688489790

Also this little piece was somewhat inspired by @cheesecakes-by-lynx ‘s little drawthread ^_^  https://cheesecakes-by-lynx.tumblr.com/post/159983042365/winnies-secret-a-drawthread-request-i-did#notes  So I wanted to give a little shout out there ^_^

Anyway, I am very tired from all the late nights working on this, but I do hope you all enjoy! I really enjoyed working with the Ghoul School characters…so once I rest I think I’ll definitely have to revisit them ^_^

All my love,

~FtK

I animated a fake theme song for my ridiculous bunny concept!

Fuwa Fuwa Foof, a show about a sweet little bunny who used to be a vicious gang leader. Her old accomplices Giri Giri and Kiri Kiri constantly try to lure her back to a life of debauchery while Foof struggles to resist the good ol’ days of punching in some teeth.

This is just for fun, it’s not a real show haha!
Song is ‘Chu Chu Lovely’ by Maximum the Hormone

DAMN

Make this a real show!

From concept to final animation

1. It all starts with the concept art, in this case by art director Xavier Houssin @xa-colors

2. We think about how is it going to move and which effects are we going to add in after effects to get the same render as the first image.

3. Then we get the character animation and the background we add the final details like the fire and the sparkles.

4. The compositing team takes all the elements and do their magic adding the final rendering to the scene.

That’s it! I thought it might be interesting to see a little bit about the process of creating a scene, it’s all about team work!
